The North Carolina Chef Showdown is a delicious annual culinary competition in which chefs from across the state compete to find out who will be the North Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Association Chef of the Year and Pastry Chef of the Year.
The first ever NC Chef Showdown Took place in 2016 with 12 North Carolina chefs, four North Carolina pastry chefs and six North Carolina Bartenders all competing for the award winning title and of course, the bragging rites.
The 2017 competition will once again be held August 21 at 214 Martin and Market Hall in Raleigh’s historic downtown City Market. The 2017 competition sees these 12 talented chefs from across the state competing for top honors of 2017 NCRLA Chef of the Year
And these four talented pastry chefs from across the state vying for the honor of being selected as the 2017 NCRLA Pastry chef of the Year

Tickets for the 2017 NC Chef Showdown are priced at $125 per person. The event takes place on August 21, 2017 from 6-9 pm.
